Epsom salts are relaxing and soothing on aching muscles. Pine, cedarwood and cypress essential oils create an invigorating fragrance that both men and women will enjoy. Use these salts after a strenuous workout or a long, tiring day to relax and revive.
You will need:
500ml Epsom salts
60ml bicarbonate of soda
5 drops pine essential oil
2 drops cedarwood essential oil
2 drops cypress essential oil
Method:
Combine the essential oils in a small dropper bottle. Mix the Epsom salts and bicarbonate of soda together in a mixing bowl. Drop the essential oils into the salts and mix well to combine. Spoon the bath salts into a glass jar with a screw-top lid.
